My time in hospitality at premium hotels was the perfect training for my real estate career. After all, the mindset is the same: Work Hard. Listen Well. Aim to Exceed Expectations!
A 15 year veteran of the industry, I am proficient in both the residential and cottage markets, achieving numerous awards in my previous time with REMAX. Serving the Parry Sound area from Seguin to Britt (including boat access Georgian Bay properties), running east through Seguin, McKellar, Whitestone and into Magnetawan.
I love what I do and believe that the Parry Sound & Muskoka areas have some of the best lakes in Ontario ~ and are great areas to find that balance in life that we so desperately seek.
Born in the area, raised in the GTA and then living out west for a number of years, I moved back to the Parry Sound area in 2001, I started my career in real estate in 2007. With over 15 years in the industry I have gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the finer points of the industry and everything tied to it.
I believe strongly in staying on top of my trade, keeping informed on local developments as well as the back end of the real estate world. I have been on the Board of Directors for the real estate association for most of my career, holding the role of President in 2014, 2021 and 2022. This has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and some indispensable contacts.
I am a dedicated father of 3 grown children and a husband of more than 25 years. I have always had a need to be involved and constantly working on something productive. When not assisting clients I can often be found out on my boat, taking in a round of golf or stirring something up in the kitchen. In winter I have often coached my kids hockey teams & take the opportunity to play hockey myself, ski and of course travel.
I truly believe that “balance in life” is incredibly important. At that, I follow the same credo I learned through my career ~ Work hard, play hard, listen well & aim to exceed expectations.
